I have a Coonan Type 1 I built on. To me it's every bit as nice as the DSA I also have and built up.
Get a nice Imbel kit (I got two that I built mine on) for $300 or thereabouts plus maybe $100 or so in 922r compliance parts and you can build a solid, reliable full-caliber MBR for pretty darned cheap, if you know somebody with the tools. They're a very easy build, I've built each of mine twice (decided on a receiver swap, lol). I hear the Argentine kits that Sarco has are UNISSUED and very, very nice. They're a bit pricey (~$550 or so) for a FAL kit, but from what I hear worth every bit of it.

I would be up for a FAL build party also. Those type three's would go well with an imbel kit.

I guess he had to come up with a new business plan after Leno took his show back.
