Who will/can recrown barrel?

I have a single shot H&R/NEF with a 357 mag barrel that's reamed to 357 remington maximum. I'd like to shorten the 22" barrel to 16.5".

Does anyone know who can do this at a reasonable price? I'd like the front sight reinstalled if possible. Thanks!!

Some jobs require a gunsmith. I don't think this one does. Any competent machine shop that's accustomed to working with SS should be able to cut a crown (simple lathe work) and reinstall the sight.
